Email one to three original photos: bright light, sharp focus and the eyes visible. A normal phone photo is plenty. Please send the original, not a screenshot.

A 50% deposit starts the work. You receive a digital preview in the Florida Paws style, with one revision included.
We print and deliver
Pay the balance when you approve. Your portrait is printed by a local partner and ready in 2 to 3 weeks, for pickup, local delivery or shipping.

Questions
How long does an order take?
Prints and framed pieces are usually ready in 7 to 10 business days. Custom pet portraits take 2 to 3 weeks. You’ll be emailed as soon as your piece is ready.
How do I pay?
When you send an order request, the Studio replies with the confirmed total and a secure payment link. Nothing is printed until payment is received.
What is a fine art print?
A giclée print on heavyweight archival paper with a soft, non-reflective surface. It looks best framed under glass, which is why the framed option includes a mat.
Will the colors match my screen?
Very closely, but every screen is different, so slight variation is normal. Prepared files are checked against a proof print before an image is offered.
Can I return a print?
Because each piece is made to order, prints cannot be returned for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or has a printing defect, email a photograph within seven days and it will be replaced at no charge.
What if my photo looks cropped?
Prints follow the shape of your photograph, portrait or landscape. Many of the Studio's photographs are close to a 4:3 shape, so 24x32 fits with no trimming, and other sizes trim a few percent. The Studio will confirm the crop with you before printing if it changes the image noticeably.
How do Personal Portraits work?
You email one to three photos of your pet and choose a size. A 50% deposit starts the work, and you receive a digital preview in the Florida Paws style with one revision included. When you approve it and pay the balance, the portrait is printed on canvas or metal by a local partner and is ready in 2 to 3 weeks. Because each portrait is custom, it can’t be returned after you approve the preview.
Do you offer sets and agent pricing?
Yes. The sets above are priced below buying the prints one at a time, and realtors and other businesses can ask about agent and volume pricing.
Can my business display the work?
Yes. The Studio places small groups of framed pieces in local cafes, offices and shops, each with a QR label that links back here. Send a note to start the conversation.
